Swoosh English refund policy

For live one-to-one and group lessons

Swoosh English may make changes to any of the classes, content or instructors available at any time, and without notice. The information on the website may be out of date, and Swoosh English makes no commitment to update these materials. If you are not satisfied with the lessons with your teacher, please let us know within your first 3 lessons. We will happily refund you 100% within 60 days but you must let us know within the first 30 days of payment. Rest assured, we have extremely low refund requests from our students so we will do everything humanly possible to make sure you are satisfied.

For group class packages and lesson recording packages

Swoosh English may make changes to any of the classes, content or instructors available at any time, and without notice. The information on the website may be out of date, and Swoosh English makes no commitment to update these materials. If you show us that you have gone through the whole course (including attending all live classes and completing all video courses), and submitted at least 10 letters into the VIP group (within the first 30 days of joining the course) and you feel you haven’t improved, we will be happy to provide you with a 100% refund within 60 days of requesting it.

You must request a refund within 30 days of payment. This is the only situation in which a refund can be issued.

For OET/IELTS pre-recorded video courses

Swoosh English may make changes to any of the classes, content or instructors available at any time, and without notice. The information on the website may be out of date, and Swoosh English makes no commitment to update these materials. If you show us that you have gone through the whole course by completing 100% of the video lessons and exercises (within the first 30 days of joining the course) and you feel you haven’t improved, we will be happy to provide you with a 100% refund within 60 days of requesting it. 

You must request a refund within 30 days of payment. This is the only situation in which a refund can be issued.

NOTE: We cannot refund in the event that you are not able to connect to live classes due to internet, device or VPN issues. We will try our best to help you with these issues.

 

In the event that changes are made to the scores accepted by the NMC or GMC (or other government bodies or organisations) for any of the exams we help students with, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. We would be happy to switch your course to a friend or family member to use instead or you can use the credit towards one of our other products.

 

 

For the writing correction service

Swoosh English may make changes to any of the classes, content or instructors available at any time, and without notice. The information on the website may be out of date, and Swoosh English makes no commitment to update these materials. Please make sure that you use all writing corrections that you purchase as we cannot refund any that you do not use. You will need all of these corrections in order to give yourself the very best opportunity to pass the writing exam!

If you are not satisfied with the writing corrections you receive, we will refund you 100% within the first 60 days. You must request a refund within 30 days of payment. This only applies if you purchase 10 writing corrections or more.

 

For subscription courses

 

The OET/IELTS/PTE monthly subscription course or The OET Intensive Course are non-transferable and non-upgradable packages.

 

For requests to change your package

 

If you would like to change your OET package to an IELTS package and vice versa, we will be happy to do this for you as long as you inform us within 30 days of payment.
